Bothered by the high workload of installing and aligning a huge amount of knobs to each LOUD mixer, PIE engineer Zhu Zhi Ming and facility engineer Li Shi Lian designed and made a fully automatic knob installing machine. Operators now only need to put the mixer onto the knob installing machine and the machine finishes the job automatically. Knobs are installed consistently and efficiency is enhanced five times.
