The SMT workshop equipped with a new production line of high-precision, including a new MIRTEC MV-9 AOI, YAMAHA YS12、YS100 mounter and HELLER 1826MK5 lead-free reflow oven, GKG G5 automatic solder paste printer was configured which greatly improved the ability of the SMT chip and detection efficiency.
